方慎言(宋代)
方慎言
宋兴化军莆田人，字应之。真宗咸平三年进士。知信丰、兰溪二县，号称神明。知泉州，岁饥，大发廪贷民，奏蠲丁税。仁宗立，为侍御史，时朝廷贬丁谓，受命籍没其家，得士大夫私请关通之书，悉焚之，不以闻，世称其长者。康定元年，以朝请大夫知广州。 ►方慎言的诗文(1篇)
