徐士佳(清代)
徐士佳
字拙安，光绪丁丑进士，吏部验封司郎中，官至热河兵备道。清廉自矢，鼎革后几不能旋里。热河都统熊希龄赠之以金，始克成行。官谏垣时与同里吴侍御鸿甲并有声。民国初年邑修续志，缪京卿荃孙任总纂，先生任协纂。年七十馀卒。 ►徐士佳的诗文(6篇)
