黄琮(宋代)
黄琮
宋兴化军莆田人，字子方。哲宗元符三年进士。为长溪尉。迁知闽清，不畏强御，捐俸代民输租，时有“闽清清过伯夷清”之谣。移知同安，与陈麟、翁谷号“三循吏”。后通判漳州，年五十二致仕。 ►黄琮的诗文(20篇)
