释择崇(宋代)
释择崇，号常庵，宁国府（今安徽宣州）人。住饶州荐福寺。为南岳下十五世，黄龙德逢禅师法嗣。《嘉泰普灯录》卷一三、《五灯会元》卷一八有传。今录诗六首。
