释了朴，号慈航，福州人。住庆元府天童寺。为南岳下十六世，育王无示介谌禅师法嗣。有《慈航朴和尚语》一卷，收入《续古尊宿语要》卷四。《嘉泰普灯录》卷一七、《五灯会元》卷一八有传。今录诗九首。
