韩宗(唐代)
玄宗天宝间人。四库全书本《会稽掇英总集》卷二收其天宝三载(744)送贺知章归会稽诗1首，又光绪杜氏浣花宗塾刊本《会稽掇英总集》收此诗于“朝宗”名下，疑即韩朝宗。《全唐诗续拾》收之。
